">Key Responsibilities:
">• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences to inform bid strategy and approach.
">• Collaborate with proposal managers to align messaging with broader business development goals.
">• Lead and support the authoring of proposal content that is concise, persuasive, and aligned to win themes.
">• Review and edit complex technical and strategic content to ensure tone, clarity, structure, and consistency across proposals.
">Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
">A strong background in proposal writing, editing, or strategic communications, ideally within Defence or other complex industries.
">Experience with ASDEFCON or major government tenders.

">Strong understanding of Defence sector language, tone, and win strategies.
