The role of Emergency Communications Centre Operator is a critical position within our organisation, responsible for receiving and processing emergency calls and information.
This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, where you will be required to assess situations and respond accordingly. You will be responsible for coordinating the deployment of resources and providing support to operational staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and process emergency calls and information

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Blue Card (from Blue Card Services)
- Australian Citizenship or Resident Status
- Certificate III in Public Safety (Emergency Communications Centre Operations)
- Ability to complete training programs (Communications Training and Professional Development Program)
