Exam Support Staff Opportunity

Are you looking for a role where you can make a difference in the education sector? We are seeking exam support staff to assist with upcoming student exams. This is a great opportunity to work on a casual basis, supporting students as they complete their studies.

As an exam support staff member, your key responsibilities will include:

Exam Supervision: Maintaining a quiet and controlled testing environment during exams to ensure a fair and secure atmosphere.

Rule Enforcement: Enforcing exam rules and regulations to prevent any form of cheating or misconduct.

Distribution and Collection: Distributing exam papers, materials, and instructions accurately. Collecting completed exams and ensuring proper organization.

We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You will also need to be dependable, reliable, and punctual, with solid computer skills and basic tech knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to perform basic diagnosis and troubleshooting of computer software and understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality and security of materials.
