Job Role: Asset Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Asset Management Professional. As an key member of our asset management function, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective management of our property assets.

  • Assist and provide ongoing support to service areas and agencies in regard to overall property asset management functions.
  • Undertake desktop and site assessments to improve asset solutions through the performance of quality assessments and property condition appraisals using departmental data management systems.
  • Contribute to the development of asset management programs, monitoring budget and delivery performance for social housing asset management.
  • Conduct audits and reviews on property condition data and condition appraisals as well as the processes and procedures associated with these tasks.
  • Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with stakeholders and customers through regional forums and joint operational meetings.
  • Prepare timely and well-researched project documentation, briefings, reports, ministerial and departmental correspondence as required.
