We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team two days per week.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills in workplace relations and legal administration while working in a professional and supportive environment.
About the Role:- Support the Director, Workplace Relations, with legal and administrative tasks.
- Prepare and distribute newsletters and legal updates.
- Typing and maintaining minutes for committee meetings.
- Manage the referral of legal matters to external law firms.
- Opening and closing legal case files.
- Organising and maintaining the legal filing system.
- Assisting the Workplace Relations team with legal precedents and document management.
- Currrently studying a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), ideally in second year or beyond.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Gaining real-world legal experience in workplace relations.
- Working closely with experienced legal professionals.
- Flexible, supportive work environment.
- Building professional network within the industry.
