About Your Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a key member, you will manage an allocated caseload, deliver timely therapeutic services, and collaborate with multidisciplinary peers across the region.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage an allocated caseload based on negotiated hours and provide timely therapeutic services.
  2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary peers across the region to ensure comprehensive support for our participants.
  3. Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
  4. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance the quality of life for our participants.
  5. Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.

About You

  • You must be currently registered with SPA as a Speech Pathologist.
  • You possess excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
  • You have a proactive attitude and interest in continually developing your skills.
  • You have experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists.
  • You have a genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
