Job Description

We love nothing more than seeing our participants achieve their goals. We live and breathe capacity building, and empower participants by:

  • Using a strengths-based approach to guide our assessment, goals and ultimately our intervention.
  • Using a combination of standardised and non-standardised assessment, curated to the participants needs to guide our clinical reasoning.
  • Delivering much needed speech therapy interventions to participants within the setting best matched to their goals, which could be at school, at home, at work or in the community, or in our clinic space.
  • Collaborating with our local multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Key Workers, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.

Successful candidates will be providing supports to cover NDIS participants living in (depending on where you live) Campbelltown, Prestons, Liverpool, Ingleburn, Casula & surrounding areas.

Qualifications
  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist.
  • A passion for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team.
  • A desire to make a real difference within the community.
  • Experience delivering services under the NDIS.
