Job Title: Senior Project Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Officer to join our team in the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex projects across the division and organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present detailed reports, briefs, and project plans on complex cross-divisional issues and priorities.
  • Provide authoritative advice on the management of requests from the Secretary's office, ministerial offices, and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and display sound judgment when managing sensitive information and issues.
Requirements:
  • Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or a valid work permit or visa.
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in project management, communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
