About the Role:

We are currently seeking full-time Paralegals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for meticulous file management across various legal specialisations. These roles offer an excellent opportunity for professionals to grow and develop their skills in a dynamic team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing instructions and requesting payout figures
  • Liaising with clients and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating settlements via paper or PEXA
  • Managing files with precision and efficiency

SMSF / New Lending Paralegal Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and reviewing mortgage documentation
  • Ensuring all legal requirements are met for lender certifications
  • Coordinating settlements, including preparation and registration of documents
  • Maintaining up-to-date workflow milestones and system records

About You:

To excel in these roles, you will need strong customer service skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. A background in conveyancing or banking as a Paralegal, along with exceptional communication and organisational skills, is essential.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in Conveyancing or Banking as a Paralegal
  • Excellent client relationship management abilities
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage files from start to finish
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and adaptable approach

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, plus benefits such as retail and fitness discounts, health resources, and paid parental leave.
