About the Position

We are seeking a driven Leading Hand to assist the Site Managers with site supervision and driving the project to completion. As a Leading Hand/ Junior Foreman, you will be responsible for assisting with site supervision and coordinating on-site activities to ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure project goals are met
  • Assist with site supervision and trade management
  • Conduct toolbox talks and site inductions
  • Monitor site safety and ensure all work is carried out in accordance with industry standards and regulations
  • Perform light labouring work from time to time
Requirements
  • Experience in Commercial construction is advantageous
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
