**Salary from $90,000 - $130,000 + super**
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify defects in construction projects and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Monitor subcontractors to ensure they work within designated timeframes and meet required quality standards.
- Respond promptly and professionally to stakeholder and client inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records related to inspections, defects, and client communications.
- Prioritize client requests based on their needs and required outcomes.
**Experience**:
- A Trade Qualification in a relevant field.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact politely and professionally with the project team and clients.
- Knowledge of the construction process, including quality standards and best practices.
- Experience in co-ordinating and managing with other trades as required.
- A well-presented and professional appearance.
