Senior Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the development and implementation of our digital marketing strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, building and executing marketing plans, and analyzing campaign performance to drive business growth.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. You will also be responsible for conducting market research, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and leveraging data insights to inform and enhance marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve client objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring effective communication, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive business growth and ROI.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in senior digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and leverage insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
