Job Title: Lodge Guest Service Agent

Overview

The ideal candidate will be a warm and welcoming individual with excellent communication skills, able to provide exceptional guest service in a unique and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests upon arrival and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay
  • Handling all guest requests and inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Creating and modifying guest reservations to meet their needs
  • Providing helpful information about the lodge and its facilities
  • Promoting Australia Zoo products and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Customer-focused attitude with a drive to deliver total guest satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
  • Current First Aid qualification and valid Driver's Licence

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel establishment
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
  • Education history and employment background relevant to the role
