About YouYou are an experienced maritime professional with 3 years' experience within a similar role. You hold a Master V (MED II) as well as Senior First Aid and Advanced First Responder. You are a well-developed communicator with great interpersonal and advocacy skills. You are a great multitasker who can prioritise tasks and is well organised. You have a high level of computer literacy and the ability to exercise initiative to work independently and cooperatively.
About the RoleWe are seeking a Maritime Leader due to our continued success and ongoing growth. There are requirements for some weekend and public holiday work, but we cover this with an attractive remuneration package.

Your Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the navigation and engineering team.
- Drive training and development for all team members.
- Identify and initiate training opportunities and performance management.
- Manage and develop all Master logs and systems.
- Promote, assess, and participate in WHS practices.
- Aid in the management of incidents and emergencies.
- Contribute to the overall internal audit program.
- Coordinate with the workshop in relation to maintenance.
- Coordinate refueling and hull scrubbing schedules.
