Job Summary

We are seeking a young and ambitious civil engineer with 4-5 years of experience to join our team as a Senior Civil Engineer - Project Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling civil engineering work in terms of design, coordination, and client interfacing. You will have the opportunity to grow with the role into a senior/leadership position down the track.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and coordination of civil engineering projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality engineering solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance our delivery process and quality of work.
  • Contribute to the development of our team, mentoring junior engineers and providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements
  • Civil Engineering Degree with 4-5 years of experience in civil engineering for built environment projects, stormwater drainage design, pavements, earthworks for various development sites.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
