**Job Title:** Online Enrolment Officer

**Job Description:

  • Assist in the online enrolment process by providing exceptional customer support to schools, parents, students, and practitioners.
  • Collaborate with the Virtual School Victoria team to develop and improve the online enrolment system, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
  • Participate in the creation of documentation and training materials to support the enrolment team in using the online enrolment system.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Possession of technical knowledge and expertise relevant to the position, with a commitment to ongoing professional learning and growth.
