The Opportunity

As a Business Partner for Organisational Growth on a 12-month max-term contract, you will be instrumental in shaping people strategies that drive business success and organisational performance.

You will enable leaders to confidently manage change and cultivate a thriving, inclusive workplace culture.

You Will

• Lead key initiatives in performance management, employee recognition, cultural enhancement, and workforce transformation.

• Advise and influence senior leaders on workforce planning, change management, and organisational development.

• Mentor and guide leaders through complex people matters and strategic challenges.

• Provide guidance and support on a wide range of employee relations, performance, and conduct matters.

• Guide leaders through talent management, succession planning, and performance and goal setting.

• Integrate innovative people solutions by collaborating with expert teams across People and Culture.

• Foster a culture of inclusion, agility, and high performance across the organisation.

As part of the Corporate Services Division within the People and Culture (P&C) Group, you will join a passionate and supportive team committed to making a real difference in how we engage, develop, and empower our people.

Reporting to the Manager Employee Relations and Business Partners, you will collaborate with experienced professionals who champion positive change, drive inclusive workplace culture, and help leaders unlock their teams' full potential.

Degree-level qualification in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
