Transformative Early Learning Centre Director Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Centre Director to lead our Ashdale Early Learning Centre in Perth, Western Australia.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join YMCA WA and shape the educational journey of children, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and community engagement.

About the Role:

  • $79,989.00 - $81,685.50 per annum, plus 11.5% superannuation and directors' allowance
  • Lead a talented team of educators in delivering high-quality early childhood education and care services
  • Develop and implement a robust learning curriculum that caters to diverse needs and abilities
  • Foster strong relationships with families, staff, and the broader community
  • Pursue ongoing professional development and stay up-to-date with industry best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • Proven experience in leadership roles within early childhood settings
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Highly developed communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
