We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Manager to lead our Early Learning Centre (ELC) services in Welshpool, Perth, WA. As a key member of our Children Services team, you will be responsible for supporting our Y People in their learning and growth.

As a leader, you will have a Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care and 3+ years of team leadership experience. You will also have the ability to travel across services, including regional WA, and thrive in a challenging environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of ELC Directors to meet quality, compliance, and performance objectives
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve ELC services
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to ELC Directors
