Lead Design Project Manager

As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for managing and leading a group of designers to achieve outstanding design outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Foster a collaborative environment ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Guide and mentor team members, helping them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
  • Oversee project timelines and resource allocation for efficient project execution.
  • Maintain clear communication between the design team, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in design, with a solid understanding of Energex subdivisions and associated requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality designs that align with standards and guidelines.
  • Prior experience in project management or team leadership roles is a plus.
