Job Description

Come as you are and rock our kitchen with us We're looking for passionate and skilled Chef de Partie professionals to join our pre-opening team. As we prepare to debut in Spring, we're building a team who will take pride in creating amazing dishes across our venues. We believe food is more than sustenance – it's a story, an experience, and a celebration.

Our daily contribution involves turning our culinary experience into something exceptional by:

  1. Ensuring smooth service and maintaining the highest culinary standards in your section.
  2. Executing the restaurant's menu, balancing creativity, seasonality, and guest preferences.
  3. Maintaining a consistent level of quality in food preparation, presentation, and taste.
  4. Supervising and mentoring kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  5. Ensuring the kitchen adheres to all health and safety regulations.
  6. Collaborating closely with the Restaurant team regarding availability of menu items and relevant changes.
  7. Minimizing waste while maintaining high levels of productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Demi Chef role within a hotel operation or independent venue.
  • Proven experience motivating a diverse kitchen team in a high-pressure environment.
  • A strong focus on quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
  • Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with front-of-house staff and other departments.
  • The capacity to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
