We are seeking an experienced Culinary Artist to join our team. As a key member of the kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing food to exact specifications and standards, guiding junior colleagues, and maintaining a positive and professional approach.

About You
  • Effective communication skills are essential
  • At least 3 years experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is required
  • Culinary expertise with wok preparation is mandatory
  • A collaborative mindset towards other team members and FOH staff is crucial
  • Familiarity with Asian ingredients is preferred but not essential
  • Punctuality and reliability are expected
  • Ability to work well under pressure is necessary

Responsibilities
  • Kitchen Performance – Maintain exceptional standards of quality, service, presentation, and cleanliness
  • Culinary Development – Coach and develop junior colleagues if directed by senior leadership
  • Food Safety – Ensure all Kitchen Staff are trained and working in accordance with our Standard & Food safety program
  • Audits – Work towards high scores in all inspections and audits
  • Team Collaboration – Collaborate with fellow managers to achieve full potential as an individual business and part of the group
