We are seeking passionate and qualified physiotherapists to join our team in a dynamic residential aged care setting. This role offers the chance to be part of an innovative service model that prioritizes resident wellbeing and therapist support.

**Job Description**

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans to support residents with daily living activities, mobility, falls prevention, pain management, and skin integrity care. You will deliver individual and group-based therapy sessions, collaborating with facility staff and working within your professional scope.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop customized therapy plans for residents.
  • Support residents with daily living activities, mobility, falls prevention, pain management, and skin integrity care.
  • Deliver personalized therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in groups.
  • Work collaboratively with facility staff to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
**Required Qualifications and Skills:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Valid Australian work rights.
  • A driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Willingness to undergo NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check.
  • Demonstrated passion for aged care and person-centered therapy.
