Physiotherapist Opportunities in Aged Care

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our dedicated team, providing high-quality care and support to clients in a dynamic Residential Care setting.

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, including comprehensive assessments, treatment, and risk management, with the ability to mentor junior therapists.
  • A key aspect of this role is effective communication and collaboration with residents, families, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to deliver tailored care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating exercise prescription and review, group exercise programs, and falls prevention workshops.
  • Contribute to the broader clinical team, facilitating seamless care delivery and promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Participate in service development, process improvement, and change management initiatives to drive positive outcomes for clients and staff alike.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy or an equivalent recognized qualification.
  • AHPRA Registration (General or Limited).
  • National Police Certificate and NDIS Check / Working with Children Check.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
