Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our insurance-based clients and customers.

You will work closely with experienced managers and be part of a positive and rewarding team culture.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.

Experience working in a call center or office environment is desirable, but not essential.

A strong customer service background and previous experience in the insurance or construction industry would be advantageous.

However, we welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering professional customer service to our insurance-based clients and customers.
  • Providing customers with regular job updates.
  • Coordinating access to properties.
  • Providing support to supervisors.
  • Updating client portals.
  • Handling job disputes and complaint resolution.
  • Booking appointments.
