Flight Centre Business Travel (FCBT) is a specialist corporate travel solution of the Flight Centre Travel Group.

We were created in 2012 to meet the corporate needs of small to medium enterprises (SMEs) who value a people-led, hyper-personal TMC offering.

What We Do

At FCBT, we're more than just booking travel for our customers. We're their expert, an extension of their team, and we add value to their total travel program.

We research, book, manage, and report on their travel, providing a 'big picture' strategic input to ensure their travel program runs smoothly.

The Role

We're looking for a Travel Manager to join our team in Sydney, NSW.

As a Travel Manager, you'll be responsible for the development and ongoing service of customer relationships for SMEs within your portfolio.

You'll bring a customer-focused mindset to ensure the retention, growth, and profitability of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Focussed on people-led travel management, you'll develop and maintain strong relationships with your customers.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in leisure travel consulting or corporate travel management.
  • GDS proficiency, with Sabre highly regarded.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict SLAs.
