  • Lead, develop and support a high-performing team of Site Supervisors and Support Workers.
  • Drive person-centred, strengths-based service delivery aligned with client plans.
  • Manage day-to-day operations including staffing, incident management, rostering, and financial oversight.
  • Collaborate with families, health practitioners, coordinators and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and safe support.

Key ResponsibilitiesAbout You
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience managing disability, community, or residential services.
  • Strong understanding of quality standards and sector legislation.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop diverse teams in dynamic service environments.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and crisis response capability.
