As a Project Controls Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing cost and schedule control techniques and analysis to support project teams
  • Preparing estimates and executing month-end reporting
  • Implementing project controls techniques to proactively support, monitor, and communicate budget, actual status, and forecast costs, labor hours, and quantities for projects

You will have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects across various market sectors, including Energy, Resources, Water, Civil, and Rail infrastructure. Our team is committed to innovation and excellence, and we are looking for someone who shares our values.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, Accounting or a related construction discipline
  • Detailed knowledge of industry best practices in project controls, including estimating, cost control, and planning/scheduling
  • Proven experience in preparing estimates and executing month-end reporting, including completing project tasks within assigned budgets and timeframes

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.

The salary for this role is estimated to be between AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
