Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management professional to champion quality as a strategic driver of our success.


About the Job

The successful candidate will lead the Quality Management team for our Advisory service line, ensuring that services meet established standards.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure service excellence.
  • IDentify potential risks, assess their impact, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor performance and implement improvements to enhance service quality and reduce risks.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in professional services, with strong knowledge of relevant professional services standards and regulations.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), or similar will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in quality assurance, risk management, or a related field with the professional services environment.
  • Experience in developing and implementing quality control systems and processes.
  • Proven track record of managing risks and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Experience in training and developing staff on quality and risk management practices.
