Job Title: Aquatic Instructor
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced aquatic instructor to develop and implement swimming coaching programs for students of all ages and abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Design, organize, and deliver high-quality swimming lessons that cater to individual learning styles and needs.
- Develop lesson plans that meet the diverse requirements of our students.
- Provide expert guidance, support, and feedback to students to help them achieve their full potential.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in education or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an aquatic instructor or coach.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Ability to commit to regular coaching sessions, including early morning and evening shifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
