Early Childhood Education Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our preschool.

About the Role

This role involves providing quality care and education, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering collaboration within the team. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of EYLFv2, NQF, NQS, and mentoring educators to achieve best practice in early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children and families
  • Oversee daily operations, including staff supervision and management
  • Maintain high standards of care and education, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • BUILD strong relationships with families, children, and the wider community
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Education (0–5 years) or Diploma in Children's Services required
  • Current WWCC, Police Clearance, Recognised qualifications, a suitable compliance history, First Aid & Resuscitation, Child Protection training, ongoing refreshers
