The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for helping customers and a strong understanding of social media dynamics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing customer support for a variety of issues and general enquiries across multiple channels
- Handling complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Thinking creatively to provide tailored solutions for customers
- Communicating in a unified and relatable tone of voice across all brand interactions
- Identifying and escalating potential brand and reputational risks
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with at least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role
- A passion for helping customers and a strong interest in social media platforms
- Confident multitasking skills and ability to work autonomously
