Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing customer support for a variety of issues and general enquiries across multiple channels
  • Handling complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Thinking creatively to provide tailored solutions for customers
  • Communicating in a unified and relatable tone of voice across all brand interactions
  • Identifying and escalating potential brand and reputational risks

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills with at least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role
  • A passion for helping customers and a strong interest in social media platforms
  • Confident multitasking skills and ability to work autonomously
