About the Role

The Tailor is responsible for extending the life of premium products through repair and remaking services within a sustainability strategy. The Tailor engages with customers to anticipate and respond to their needs, building long-lasting relationships and providing personalized service.

Responsibilities
  • Offer a warm welcome to clients and make them feel part of a global community.
  • Provide personalized tailoring services to craft distinctive pieces that meet customer desires and extend the lifespan of products and related memories.
  • Deliver a comprehensive suite of clothing repair and alteration services, including hand embroidery, typographic embroidery, machine embroidery, patch application, crystal or stud application, basic alterations and tailoring, button replacement, and adding pins and brooches.
  • Develop a catalog featuring unique embroidery designs and examples of customized products to inspire customers.
  • Provide expert advice on bespoke services and help customers reflect their individuality through style.
  • Collaborate with the team on sales, pre- and post-sales activities (including stock management and customer loyalty) and store-wide activities.
  • Ensure customers are properly registered on the app for effective customer segmentation and profiling.
Requirements
  • Good level of English.
  • Sales experience, preferably in retail/customer service, is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills with active listening and thoughtful engagement.
  • Problem-solving ability to identify issues, evaluate solutions, and make informed decisions.
  • Team player with collaboration skills and the ability to work toward common goals.
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving business and customer needs.
