Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely information exchange with suppliers and customers, processing quotes, orders and deliveries within KPI timeframes, and updating SAP activities to ensure up-to-date information is accessible to all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Process administrative tasks such as quote generation, order entry and delivery coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service or administration role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
