Job Title: Property and Maintenance Officer

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of our facilities, including maintenance and repair work, minor building and construction tasks, grounds maintenance, and garden development.

About This Role
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing routine maintenance tasks on a regular basis.
  • Complete repairs and maintenance in a timely and professional manner to minimize disruptions to daily operations.
  • Perform minor building and construction work as directed to ensure the overall appearance and functionality of our facilities.
  • Assist with the maintenance and development of gardens to create a visually appealing outdoor space.
Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and basic computer skills to assist with administrative tasks. They will also have demonstrated experience working in a similar role, preferably within the aged care or health industry.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
  • Working independently with minimal supervision to complete assigned tasks.
  • Developing and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness in maintenance and repair tasks.
