Our team is seeking a seasoned Duty Manager to join our Network Operation Control & Communication centre. In this key role, you will be responsible for the operational management of our multi-agency user wide area Public Safety Network, ensuring timely response to alarms, events and notifications.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage workload and priorities effectively. They will also have experience in IT/Telecommunications/NOC Network Management/P25 Radio Telecommunications and hold relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundations Certificate at minimum.

  • Operate as the Incident Manager for all incidents occurring whilst on duty
  • Manage a team of NOCC Operators
  • Responsible for Operations and Maintenance of all the Network associated services and systems
