Job Description

This role is responsible for leading the night-fill team in meeting deadlines, ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and maintaining exceptional store presentation. You'll take pride in contributing to a store which is welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the night-fill team to achieve targets and deadlines
  • Ensure accurate stock levels and maintain high standards of store presentation
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve overall store objectives
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
