About the role

As a Retail Nightfill Team Lead at Coles, you will be responsible for leading the night-fill team in meeting deadlines, ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and maintaining exceptional store presentation.

  • Direct/indirect leadership experience
  • Be well organised with excellent time management skills
  • To keep things simple and inspire customers by making sure Coles' visual merchandising, food safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
