Opportunity Summary

A new position has become available for an experienced workers' compensation lawyer to join our expanding insurance practice based in Perth.


About The Role And Team

Our Insurance WA team consists of approximately 90 people located across Adelaide, Perth and Darwin. We are a defendant insurance legal team, working across both General Insurance and Statutory Insurance matters, including workers' compensation, recoveries, compulsory third party, liability, professional indemnity and general insurance. This is a fantastic hands-on Insurance role with significant learning, development and progression opportunities.


Required Skills And Qualifications
  • Between 5+ years of post-admission experience within Workers' Compensation;
  • Experience on the defendant side is preferred however candidates with a plaintiff background who are keen to move into a defendant practice will also be considered;
  • A genuine interest in building a career in workers' compensation law and contributing to the success of our practice;
  • Clear, concise legal writing skills; and
  • Strong attention to detail.
