We are seeking an experienced Coordinator to provide exceptional support and logistical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide reception services including answering phone calls, taking messages and greeting visitors in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate daily transportation for the branch ensuring timely delivery and clear communication with relevant team members.
  • Analyse operations and suggest improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Notify internal and external stakeholders of any delays or changes in transportation schedules.
  • Maintain high-level customer service standards when interacting with transport providers and customers.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Business Administration is preferred but not essential.
  • Proven experience in coordination roles with strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
