Job opportunity: A skilled professional is sought to work on challenging projects.

Key responsibilities:
  • Work with a team on mining, rehabilitation and landfill projects.
  • Provide project coordination and design documentation using Microstation, AutoCAD and 12D and/or Civil 3D software for civil and mining projects.
  • Ensure project design and documentation meets high standards and complies with industry design and drafting requirements.
  • Mentor junior team members or be guided by technical leaders.
  • Support Team Leaders in managing the engineering group and developing innovations and digital transformation.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma in civil engineering from a reputable institution.
  • At least five years of relevant work experience.
  • A demonstrated history of working on civil and earthworks projects.
  • Experience in design documentation of earthworks for civil, mining and/or landfills projects.
  • Drainage experience is highly regarded.
  • Proven experience using Microstation, AutoCAD and 12d and/or Civil 3D software.
  • Synergy and Navisworks exposure is advantageous.
  • Prior experience within an engineering consulting firm is ideal.
