Chief Payroll Officer

The primary objective of this position is to oversee and execute all end-to-end payroll functions.
- Deliver comprehensive payroll services in a high-volume environment, encompassing processing pays, reconciliations of leave, maintenance of employee records, interpreting awards, and providing guidance on payroll matters.
- Utilize strong expertise and experience with payroll systems, with the ability to quickly adapt to new platforms.
- Manage the full spectrum of payroll duties including superannuation, Single-touch payroll, entitlements, terminations, and salary sacrifice.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a proactive attitude, and meticulous attention to detail. They will be part of a supportive team, reporting directly to the Payroll Coordinator.
