This role offers the opportunity to provide expert geriatric care across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings, supporting elderly patients through transitional care programs, collaborative multidisciplinary care, and community-based initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive geriatric assessments and ongoing care
  • Develop and participate in community geriatrics programs
  • Collaborate with General Practitioners and allied health professionals for integrated care
  • Supervise and educate junior medical staff and students
  • Contribute to governance, service development, and clinical research
About You
  • Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in Geriatric Medicine (or equivalent)
  • Eligibility for Specialist Registration with AHPRA
  • A strong background in geriatric care across various settings
  • A collaborative, team-oriented, and patient-focused approach
  • A passion for service innovation, education, and clinical excellence
