Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the execution of software releases and ensuring the stability of our global release pipeline.

As a Technical Operations Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, and release management, to deliver high-quality client and service updates that meet the needs of our players worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day execution of software releases, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of updates to our players.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, improve process efficiency, and implement new tools and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including engineers, QA teams, and release managers, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Design and implement operational processes and procedures to drive continuous improvement and increase efficiency across the organization.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to help them develop their technical and leadership skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience in software development and operations.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in technical operations, project management, or software development.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development best practices.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions.
