About the Role

Caulfield Grammar School is seeking an experienced rowing coach to lead our junior rowing teams. As a member of our coaching team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a high-quality rowing program that inspires our students to achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a structured rowing program for junior students
  • Coach and mentor junior rowers to improve their technical skills, fitness, and teamwork
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of rowing camps, regattas, and other events
  • Provide performance feedback and analysis to students and their parents
  • Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours
Requirements
  • Rowing coaching experience at secondary school level or in community sport
  • Experience coaching junior athletes desirable
  • Ability to implement a structured program for students
  • Level 1 First Aid and Anaphylaxis Certification or be prepared to obtain these
  • Hold or willing to obtain an Employment Working With Children Check
