Regulatory Affairs Specialist

This role requires leading external engagements with domestic and international counterparts and government to ensure that relevant subject matter expertise is provided to support regulatory relationships.
Main Responsibilities- Lead engagement across teams to ensure external regulatory relationships are supported by relevant subject matter expertise
- Contribute to parliamentary processes and support public appearances by executives
- Stay informed of industry developments and monitor external regulatory developments, identifying those that may affect organizational objectives
- Develop and implement external stakeholder strategies that support strategic priorities and manage risk to reputation
- Collaborate with teams to deliver outcomes and engage subject matter experts across the organization
- Demonstrated sophisticated operational acumen, personal impact, critical thinking and judgement, and technical expertise
- Able to synthesise complex information on a range of topics and enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Tertiary qualifications in economics, public policy or law would be well regarded
