Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Specialist

This role presents an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment where First Peoples are recognised as self-determining drivers of Aboriginal affairs in Victoria.

As a specialist, you will undertake regulatory investigations and conduct compliance and enforcement action under the Aboriginal Heritage Act 2006. Key responsibilities include compiling prosecution briefs of evidence and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities:

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in conducting investigations in a compliance or law enforcement environment

  • Well-developed interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
