Job Description

As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering store operations activities in support of a sales-focused culture and profitable sales growth.

You will work closely with the Customer Service Manager to effectively manage store administration, including cash handling, banking integrity, tendering transactions, store multi-channel fulfillment, and stock integrity.

Additionally, you will contribute to financial performance through effective inventory management and management of controllable expenses.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering effective store administration in line with standard procedures
  • Managing all sales channel fulfillment in line with procedures
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team in delivering a consistent positive store and channel experience for the customer
  • Effectively resolving customer complaints and queries as required
  • Contribute to The Good Guys brand and store experience through quality merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation
