Job OverviewThe HSE Advisor role is a critical position in ensuring the safety of our employees and stakeholders. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing safety-related tasks, conducting site inspections, pre-starts, and toolbox meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage safety-related tasks, including identifying and assessing risks to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, pre-starts, and toolbox meetings to promote a culture of safety and prevent workplace incidents.
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to protect employees and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications in Health & Safety, such as a Certificate IV in WHS or higher.
  • At least 2 years of experience in commercial new build projects, including fit-outs, with a proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • A good understanding of current legislation, regulations, and building codes.
  • Must have full working rights in Australia.
