Job Opportunity

Sharp-Carter is seeking a skilled professional to fill an internal recruitment position. This individual will be responsible for managing the full scope of recruitment processes across various blue and white collar roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support graduate and apprentice recruitment campaigns
  • Lead project work focused on improving business activities
  • Provide trusted advice to senior stakeholders through consultative and proactive style
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by upholding the organisation's purpose and values

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an internal environment or high-volume desk within a recruitment agency
  • Graduate recruiting programs/campaigns experience is highly regarded
  • Ability to multitask and manage all strategic and operational components of recruitment
  • Flexibility and proactiveness to ensure workloads are effectively managed and prioritised
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence, lead, coach and develop others
